Collaborative Triage Calls

What Was Your Experience?

We would like to gather feedback through a brief telephone interview about your thoughts regarding the ‘Collaborative Triage Call’ project you were involved in. This would have been a telephone call from a clinician (physiotherapist or osteopath), during November/ December 2021.

We would greatly appreciate your help with understanding whether this is something we should continue, change in some way or not do at all.

If you agree, one of the Patient Partners, who are patients that work within the Sussex Musculoskeletal Partnership (SMSKP) to assist with understanding the patient viewpoint, could call you to ask you a few questions.

The questions should take no longer than 15 minutes.

Your responses will remain confidential. Your answers will be used as feedback on this project to help improve the service.
